Step into the Enablement Team — where predictability takes a back seat.

Visma Idella is a comprehensive product for pension fund management, developed by multiple dedicated teams. Among these, the Enablement team stands out. Unlike other teams focused on specific product areas, the Enablement team’s mission is to support and empower all other Idella teams—Pension Core, Pension Services, Savings & Investment, and Disbursement.

 


As a .NET Tech Lead, you’ll drive the development and deployment of high-quality, scalable applications on Azure. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect solutions, lead development efforts, and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the software lifecycle. This is an ideal role for a seasoned .NET developer with leadership experience who is passionate about cloud technology and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Let’s dive into the Tech Stack

We are looking for you who

  • Has 5+ years of .NET development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
  • Brings expertise in Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure DevOps)
  • Holds strong technical skills in .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development principles
  • Has solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (preferably Azure DevOps)
  • Understands Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and is open to learning new technologies

Financial expectations

Gross salary starts from 3600 EUR.   Keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary based on your competence and experience.
