About the Project

At Visma YouServe, a leading HR and Payroll service provider in the Netherlands, we’re transforming our HR platform to deliver a truly AI-native, insight-driven, conversational experience. Built on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, our vision combines LLMs, Machine Learning, and multi-agent architectures to revolutionize HR software.

What You’ll Work On

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Create conversational interfaces that make HR information easily accessible.

• Machine Learning (ML): Build predictive models offering insights on workforce retention, employee satisfaction, workload optimization, and skills gaps.

• Multi-Agent Architectures: Design intelligent agents that collaborate to streamline HR processes.

• Azure Ecosystem: Utilize cutting-edge Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Power BI.
  
  

Your Role
As a Full-Stack .NET Developer, you’ll:

• Build and maintain high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

• Develop dynamic frontend components with React, Angular, Blazor, or Vue.js.

• Implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.

• Manage Azure infrastructure, ensuring cloud security, monitoring, and automation.

• Integrate AI-powered frameworks for intelligent automation and decision-making.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in Full-Stack .NET development

• Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor, or Vue.js)

• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, VMs, Networking, Security)

• Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation

• Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates

• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and compliance

• Excellent English communication skills and a curious mindset

Financial expectations
