Let’s talk about our people
You will be part of a collaborative environment, working alongside Service Architects, Product Managers, and Service Owners. You will also contribute to Visma’s Architecture Board, where architectural decisions and directions are discussed and aligned.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with our Slovak team, which includes several developers and testers.
Your Opportunity
As a Service Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our services. You’ll be responsible for the overall architecture and design, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready. Acting as a technical lead, you’ll guide developers, influence technology choices, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn vision into reality.
Your tasks will include:
Designing and maintaining architecture concepts, models, and guidelines.
Acting as a Tech Lead: guiding and supporting other developers in best practices.
Performing architectural reviews and audits.
Flagging technical debt and ensuring long-term sustainability of solutions.
Driving the service’s maturity level across Visma’s standards.
Collaborating with Cloud Architects on infrastructure, security, and cost management.
Assisting in problem management, risk mitigation, and incident handling.
Let’s Dive into the Tech Stack
We are looking for someone who has:
Deep knowledge of Cloud/SaaS architectures, technology stacks, and modern IT trends.
Solid experience with software development methods, Agile practices (Scrum/XP), and architectural frameworks.
Ability to create architecture concepts, patterns, and reference models.
Excellent communication skills: a storyteller who can translate complex architectures to different audiences.

Financial expectations
Gross salary starts from 4000 EUR. 💸 Keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary based on your competence and experience.
