TQA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Junior Quality Assurer to join our growing development team. This is a perfect role for someone passionate about quality and looking to start their career in software testing. You will be mentored directly by our TQA and will work alongside our four developers and Business Analyst to ensure our solutions are reliable, effective, and bug-free. You will be responsible for testing solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Portals, as well as their API and SQL data warehouse integrations.
What You'll Do
● Assist the TQA in designing, creating, and executing test plans and test cases.
● Perform manual functional, regression, and user interface (UI) testing on new features and bug fixes.
● Clearly and accurately document defects, bugs, and errors in our tracking system.
● Collaborate with developers to explain bugs and with the BA to ensure requirements are met.
● Retest and verify fixes provided by the development team.
● Learn to test data integrations and validate data using basic SQL queries.
● Help maintain our library of test documentation. Who You Are
● You have a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to everything you do.
● You are a natural problem-solver with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
● You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear bug reports are essential!).
● You are a passionate learner, eager to build a career in quality assurance
● You thrive in a collaborative team environment
● A degree in a related field or an ISTQB certification is a plus, but your curiosity and attention to detail are most important. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!)
● Any experience with software testing (even university projects or personal learning)
● Familiarity with bug-tracking software (like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
Financial expectations
Gross salary starts from 2000 EUR for fresh graduates with no previous work experience. 💸 Keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary based on your competence and experience.
